Design & Requirements Breakdown
Visual Symbolism – The packaging features a custom die cut flame silhouette crafted from natural kraft texture cardboard, serving as an immediate visual shorthand for heat resistance and fire defense. A prominent circular "BPA Free" emblem crowns the peak, while an authentic US flag origin stamp and a large interactive QR code ground the layout to bridge physical retail with direct to consumer digital engagement.
Typographic Architecture – A structured mix of high visibility red and white sans-serif headers delivers the product identity with intense visual clarity, perfectly balanced by an aggressive, lowercase social media hashtag banner (#handletheheat) and straightforward checkbox indicator blocks for effortless size navigation (L, XL, XXL) on the shelf.
Premium Presentation – The minimalist, organic kraft board tag strips away unnecessary plastic components, offering an eco conscious alternative to traditional blister packs.
