A reply from the principal — confirming we've read the brief, what we're thinking, and whether a call would help.

2Days 2–5

Short discovery call

30–45 minutes on video or in person. Goals, audience, constraints, the brands you don't want to look like. No charge, no commitment.

3Days 5–8

Written estimate

Scope, deliverables, timeline and engagement structure — in writing. Bespoke per project. You'll have everything you need to decide.

4When you're ready

Decide together

If it's a yes, we book the kickoff. If it's not, we say so honestly and, where we can, point you toward someone who fits better.

How do you price your projects?
Every project is quoted bespoke against the scope, deliverables and timeline. There is no fixed price list. After a short discovery call we send a written estimate with clear deliverables, turnaround and revision rounds, so you know exactly what you're getting before anything starts.
Do you charge for the discovery call?
No. The initial discovery call is free and not contingent on signing. If we're not the right fit, we'll usually point you toward someone who is. That's also free.
Do you work with clients outside Nuneaton?
Yes. We work in person across the Midlands (Coventry, Birmingham, Leicester, Solihull, Rugby) and remotely with clients across the UK and internationally — past projects have shipped into 14 countries.
How long does a project typically take?
Depends what you need. A logo is 3–4 weeks. A full brand identity sits at 6–8 weeks. A website is 8–12 weeks. Stationery is 2–4 weeks. Full ranges on the Process page.
What if I'm not sure what I need yet?
That's fine — write the brief anyway and select "Not sure yet" as project type. The discovery call exists exactly for working that out together. Most of our better engagements start "I think we need something but I'm not sure what."
