Welcome Pack Brochure-Design for McHale & Co

The challenge

The real estate and legal sectors require corporate communication that immediately projects structure, professionalism and absolute reliability. The primary objective was to design a comprehensive, high end "Real Estate Welcome Pack" brochure for McHale & Co Solicitors. The design challenge lay in organising a complex multi page document containing legal guidance, step by step onboarding information and property checklists into an approachable, highly structured format. The final presentation needed to align flawlessly with the parent brand's corporate guidelines while converting dense, potentially stressful legal content into a welcoming, easy to navigate client resource.

Our approach

We developed a sophisticated, geometric layout system that leverages sharp visual framing and corporate colour theory to organise information beautifully.

The Structure & Grid The front cover features a dynamic, angled geometric mask system. Crisp triangular cutouts are utilised to house high quality architectural and residential property imagery, weaving the core focus of the business directly into the graphic architecture of the brochure.

The Branding & Hierarchy The upper left corner cleanly showcases the existing "McHale & Co" square logo and corporate wordmark against a deep, professional navy blue background block. The primary title "Real Estate" is set in a bold, high contrast white sans serif typeface, immediately establishing a clean reading hierarchy.

The Typography & Copy Placement We integrated the company's core guiding philosophy, "WE MAKE THINGS SIMPLE," across the bottom right edge. The uppercase typography tracks parallel to the angled photo boundaries, creating an integrated, modern editorial aesthetic that balances the traditional corporate colours.

The outcome

The final asset delivers a premium, highly professional corporate welcome booklet that elevates the onboarding experience for new real estate and legal clients. The harmonious balance of structured geometric shapes, corporate blues and realistic property photography positions McHale & Co as an organised, cutting edge authority in their field. The design templates were delivered as a print ready package optimised for thick, matte coated paper stock, ensuring a solid tactile feel and rich colour depth for the physical corporate rollout.
