The primary objective was to create an inviting and corporate aligned digital flyer to attract qualified healthcare professionals, specifically targeting midwives by highlighting key workplace benefits and a streamlined onboarding process.

Design & Requirements Breakdown

Visual Identity - A trustworthy and clean aesthetic utilising clinical blues and deep teals, accented by high visibility emerald green banners to immediately call out the core job opportunities.

Composition & Framing - A friendly, approachable hero image of a medical professional in scrubs dominates the right side of the frame. This is seamlessly integrated with a deep blue background featuring subtle medical cross icons to reinforce the healthcare sector context.

Information Hierarchy - The layout effectively structures essential applicant hooks, including "Fast and Simple Registration," "Flexible Schedule," and "Competitive Rates" using clean, bulleted typography that remains clear and legible on smaller mobile feeds.
