This portfolio showcase highlights the packaging design and multi flavor wrapper execution for Prima Life Protein Pancakes. The objective was to design a vibrant, indulgence focused snack wrapper range that bridges healthy macro nutrition with dessert like taste appeal, instantly communicating high protein density, premium flavour fillings, and UK manufacturing origin.

Design & Requirements Breakdown

Visual Symbolism – The design features a high resolution hero product render of a golden pancake sliced open to reveal a rich, molten cream center, enveloped in dynamic liquid chocolate splashes and floating hazelnut ingredients. A prominent "Made in UK" Union Jack stamp sits on the right, while a clean row of circular technical badges at the base visually communicates healthy snacking benefits like high protein, low sugar, low calories, and oven baked quality.

Typographic Architecture – A dominant, arched serif brand typeface delivers "PROTEIN PANCAKE" across the top with a warm, bakery inspired aesthetic, perfectly balanced by a crisp, modern sans-serif script below for the flavour call outs ("Chocolate Hazelnut Filling" and "Double Chocolate Filling") to ensure immediate flavour identification.

Premium Presentation – The pillow pack foil wrapper layout utilises full bleed dynamic graphics that wrap smoothly around the product's soft form factor. The organised composition leaves ample room on the rear face for nutritional tables and barcode blocks while maintaining a clean, high impact front of pack presentation optimised for retail snack gantries and checkout displays.

Strategic Colour Choice – Warm creamy white tones form a clean, inviting background base, heavily contrasted by rich cocoa browns, dark chocolate splashes, and vibrant red accents in the UK emblem to evoke mouth watering indulgence, wholesome nutrition, and a premium functional food identity.

Target Audience Focus – The appealing, benefit first layout is tailored to engage health conscious snackers looking for a guilt free sweet treat, gym goers seeking a convenient post workout protein boost, and busy individuals demanding high quality, on the go macro fuel.
