This portfolio showcase highlights the packaging label design and sub-brand branding system for Sentry Dent Powder Toothpaste for Dogs. The objective was to design a clean, clinical, and approachable pet wellness label and visual brand hierarchy that communicates professional veterinary grade dental care, active enzyme protection, and high palatability flavour profiles to pet owners.

Design & Requirements Breakdown

Visual Symbolism – The design integrates a warm, high resolution lifestyle photograph of a happy, healthy dog alongside a professional veterinary shield and paw brand icon. This welcoming composition is paired with a clean list of benefit checkmarks (Plaque Defence, Fresher Breath, Healthier Gums, and Enzyme Action) and a savoury "Real Chicken Liver & Bone Broth Taste" flavour call out, immediately bridging advanced dental science with appealing taste.

Typographic Architecture – A refined serif brand logotype delivers "Sentry Dent" with a trustworthy, clinical authority. This is balanced by a bold, clean sans-serif header for "POWDER TOOTHPASTE FOR DOGS" and organised bulleted secondary copy, ensuring that key dental benefits and weight specifications (60g ℮) remain instantly readable on retail shelves.

Premium Presentation – The full wrap label format contours smoothly around a compact, wide mouth white container topped with a textured screw cap, allowing for easy powder scooping. The left hand panel showcases the broader brand development work, displaying alternative sister brand identities like "Sentry Flex" and "Dog Sentry" to highlight a scalable, cohesive product line architecture.

Strategic Colour Choice – A soothing, clinical mint green and soft teal baseline are paired with crisp white backgrounds, deep forest green typography, and warm golden tones within the imagery. This calm, medical grade palette evokes exceptional oral hygiene, gentle care, and a premium pet store identity.
