This portfolio showcase highlights the packaging design and retail box structure for C6 Coal Premium Coconut Charcoal. The objective was to design a dark, sophisticated, high density box and master display system that communicates raw thermal power, clean burn purity, and industrial grade quality to hookah lounge operators, retailers, and shisha enthusiasts.

Design & Requirements Breakdown

Visual Symbolism – The design features a bold metallic emblem with an embossed white "C6" chemical symbol centered against a dark, carbon fibre textured background. Rendered coal briquettes frame the perimetre, visually conveying intense heat capacity, carbon density, and premium natural coconut shell craftsmanship.

Typographic Architecture – A ultra bold, high contrast block header commands primary attention with "C6," accompanied by clean yellow sub scripting and crisp sans-serif secondary text reading "PREMIUM COCONUT COAL" for immediate on shelf readability.

Premium Presentation – The structural packaging system features a dual tier presentation, combining compact 1kg retail boxes with larger corrugated master cartons. The glossy black carbon print wraps seamlessly across all faces, maintaining a cohesive aesthetic across individual counter sales and wholesale bulk pallets.
