This portfolio showcase highlights the packaging design and dynamic visual campaign execution for Blast "Bigger Protein" Nutrition Shakes. The objective was to design an explosive, high impact bottle lineup and marketing artwork that bridges sports nutrition authority with indulgence, instantly communicating 50g high potency protein, rich flavour profile diversity, and post workout muscle fueling.
Design & Requirements Breakdown
Visual Symbolism – The artwork features a central angled presentation of four distinct bottle variants, enveloped in high velocity liquid splashes corresponding to each flavour profile (Banana, Chocolate, Strawberry, and Vanilla). Dynamic speed vectors, power fist icons, and muscle structure badge art accentuate raw physical drive, fast liquid absorption, and athletic performance energy.
Typographic Architecture – A heavy, forward leaning italic block display typeface commands immediate attention with "BIGGER PROTEIN," crowned by a stylised "Blast" signature badge and accompanied by high contrast secondary call outs detailing "FUEL YOUR FLAVORS," "NEW," and "50g PROTEIN" for effortless shelf legibility and instant feature recognition.
Premium Presentation – The full wrap contoured shrink sleeves adapt smoothly to ergonomically molded bottle structures topped with colour coded safety caps. The multi sku visual lineup uses high resolution photographic ingredients such as sliced bananas, cocoa blocks, fresh strawberries, and milk swirls, to balance hardcore sports specs with mouth watering taste appeal.
Strategic Colour Choice – A clean off white cream backdrop grounds high potency colour explosions of bright banana yellow, rich cocoa brown, vivid strawberry magenta, and pure dairy white accents. This vibrant, high contrast palette signals maximum athletic energy, fresh natural ingredients, and a bold, modern brand identity.
