Edinburgh Executive Travel Brochure Design

The challenge

The luxury transport and executive concierge market demands a visual presentation that projects premium sophistication, absolute reliability and corporate precision. The objective was to design a comprehensive promotional brochure for Edinburgh Executive Travel. The primary challenge lay in organising a diverse array of service descriptions including airport transfers, corporate travel, wedding chauffeur services and private tours into a compact, multi folding layout. The design needed to look sleek and high end to appeal to corporate executives and VIP clients, seamlessly combining real world fleet photography with structured information without looking cluttered or disorganised.

Our approach

We developed a highly dynamic, geometric design system that uses striking angular colour blocks to segment the different service categories beautifully.

The Structure & Grid The brochure utilises a sophisticated trifold layout anchored by sharp, interlocking triangular masks. Crisp white intersecting lines cross over a dark charcoal base, creating a contemporary graphic matrix that guides the viewer's eye smoothly across the panels.

The Typography & Copy Placement We implemented a bold, clean sans serif typeface for the primary headings, such as "DRIVES WITH DISTINCTION." The text blocks are strategically left aligned within high contrast grey and white containers, ensuring dense service lists and fleet descriptions remain highly legible at a glance.

The Palette & Detailing We curated a professional, upscale colour palette by pairing deep slate greys and crisp whites with warm, heritage inspired tan and subtle purple accent blocks. This deliberate use of colour defines distinct sections for different travel experiences, while small, framed vehicle thumbnails are embedded into the layout to anchor the text with physical reality.

The outcome

The final asset delivers a premium, highly cohesive corporate brochure that perfectly elevates Edinburgh Executive Travel's brand presence. The balanced harmony of modern geometric lines, structured information blocks and sharp fleet photography positions the company as a premier, trustworthy leader in luxury transit. The print ready digital templates were delivered with optimised folding templates and colour profiles, ensuring the rich charcoal tones and warm tan gradients retain their depth and clarity on premium, silk coated paper stock.
